We offer the service of our wedding coordinator to help you plan your special day, whether it’s a simple beach wedding for two or a lavish ceremony and cocktail reception for 200. We will arrange everything to make your wedding day your special day to remember for the rest of your lives!

Menu & Bar Options
The Atlantis Historic Inn can cater for receptions and functions up to 140 persons sit-down buffet style or up to 200 persons stand up canapé / cocktail style.

We offer drinks packages for wedding receptions and most functions ranging from $20.00 USD to $70.00 USD per person.
Frequently Asked Questions
Rental Fees are based on size and nature of your event. For events catered by The Atlantis Historic Inn, the initial fee is based on the menu selected and its respective price per person; additional fees may apply and will be outlined during our planning discussions. When you book your event at The Atlantis Historic Inn, the following is included in the rental fee:

In general, the following may be required:
- Services including flowers, décor, photography, musicians, cake and other party elements; The Atlantis Historic Inn will supply you with a list of recommended vendors during the wedding planning process
- Set-up and Clean-up services (these may be commissioned at additional fee, if necessary)
- Event planner or coordinator: you must designate a “go to” person in your party for the day of your event. This person must be a hired professional for weddings of 45 persons or more; for smaller weddings, it can be a family member, friend, yourself, or anyone who you designate who will assume responsibility for the wedding's logistics and other responsibilities
A deposit of 25% of the estimated cost of the event is required to reserve the date of the event; this deposit is refundable up to 60 (sixty) days prior to the event. Payment in full must be received one week prior to the event; any miscellaneous costs arising after this payment may be settled after the event has taken place.
All renting parties will be required to sign and comply with a standard facilities rental agreement in order to hold an event at The Atlantis Historic Inn. In addition, if music or entertainment is to be offered, rental parties will also be required to obtain a license from COSCAP (Copyright Society of Composers, Authors & Publishers Inc). Contracts are not negotiable. Various levels of insurance will need to be obtained depending on the nature of the event.

The Atlantis Historic Inn can cater for receptions and functions ranging from intimate gatherings to large celebrations. The indoor dining area comfortably seats 130 people; the covered external dining area seats 140 people. The Inn can also accommodate cocktail parties up to 500 guests.
During exclusive events, no other guests will be present on premises. For smaller events that do not rent the entire property, other guests may be present at The Atlantis Historic Inn during your event.
Yes, the bridal party can utilize one of our spacious guest rooms to prepare for the wedding; special nightly rates are available for events. There are eight elegantly appointed guest rooms at The Atlantis Historic Inn, including one apartment-style suite. For larger weddings and events, the Atlantis Historic Inn is typically rented out for guests to spend the night.
Most areas of The Atlantis Historic Inn are wheelchair accessible.
The Atlantis Historic Inn has a dedicated smoking area for guests and event attendees. This area will be clearly defined during your event. No smoking is allowed within the buildings.
We have ample parking for events held at The Atlantis Historic Inn, including accommodation for large buses.
The Atlantis Historic Inn will provide one security guard for your event. If additional parking attendants or security staff are needed, this can be arranged at an additional fee which would be determined based on your requirements.
There are eight elegantly appointed guest rooms at The Atlantis Historic Inn, including one apartment-style suites. Our rooms can be rented for bridal parties; family members and guests who wish to stay overnight following the event.
Our recommended planners, caterers and vendors have been carefully selected to ensure you receive the best quality customer service, products and overall experience. We will supply this list to you during our discussion of your event plans.
We do allow other vendors to be utilised, however due to the nature of our historical setting, The Atlantis Historic Inn reserves the right of final approval over all arrangements.
Yes, The Atlantis Historic Inn may be rented as a venue-only. The following self-catering rates apply:
Exclusive use of covered dining areas (pricing includes use of tables and chairs)*:
- 1-50 persons: BDS$ 2,500.00
- 50-100 persons: BDS$ 4,000.00
- 100-200 persons: BDS$6,500.00
- 200-300 persons: BDS$7,500.00
- 301 + persons: Negotiable (maximum 500 persons)
*Public Liability Insurance is included in the rental fee.
Cleaning Fee: The rental party will be charged $500.00 in the event the property is not left in a suitably clean state
Damages: Any damage to the venue / furnishings will be billed to the client after the event
Additional Fees:
- Eight hour use of our Full Commercial Kitchen Facility: BDS$1,000.00
Includes one of our staff members to assist if needed - Use of Swimming Pool and Pool Area: BDS$500.00
Includes one pool attendant for four hours - Use of eight guestrooms: BDS$200.00 per one bedroom and BDS$375 for the two bedroom
Includes linens - Staff: If you require staff, we can supply at $90.00 per staff member for a six-hour shift
- Table Settings (Plates | Glassware | Utensils): BDS$15.00 per setting
Includes washing after the event; any broken or missing items will be charged at replacement cost
We welcome live music including bands and steel drums or DJs during your event; all music must finish by 11pm, but special arrangements can be made until 2.00am latest.
The Atlantis Historic Inn reserves the right of final approval over all vendors.
We do not provide audio-visual equipment. Clients must contact a professional audio-visual company to provide this equipment and these services. Arrangements and costs for this equipment and services are the responsibility of the client and must be approved by The Atlantis Historic Inn in advance of the event, as well as the use of power sources, as generators may be required.
During the summer months, set up can be accommodated the day before the scheduled event. During the winter (high) season, some set up can be accommodated; keeping in mind The Atlantis Historic Inn will be open to the public. Set up cannot interfere with the general business prior to the scheduled event.
We do not permit candlelight or open flame inside our buildings - we recommended battery operated candles, especially with the East Coast breezes.
Fireworks and any kind of sparklers are prohibited due to the potential fire hazard to grounds, buildings, and guests.
We do not permit throwing rice, birdseed or confetti; blowing bubbles, etc. at ceremonies or receptions. These types of materials cause damage to the grounds and could be hazardous to guests walking throughout the property.
We do allow flowers, petals or other organic materials, subject to final approval.
Yes, as long as they comply with floral guidelines provided to each client and florist and do not compromise the integrity of the buildings or grounds.
The Perfect Place To Get Windswept
This hotel is slightly off the beaten track but an ideal base for those who want to spend a few days in peace and quiet. Not much of a beach and swimming in the sea not advised unless of course you enjoy surfing, in which case you are in heaven! The hotel has its own pool and a lovely restaurant with stunning views of the Atlantic coast.
