Our boutique property provides an intimate getaway with the focus at The Atlantis Historic Inn, being the charm of the rugged outdoors with tons of eco-friendly activities nearby. Moreover, we have a communal and fully-equipped guest kitchen on the ground floor and guest lounge. This space is exclusively for use by our hotel guests to prepare and enjoy their own meals. Fancy fine dining? You can also arrange room service from our restaurant during opening hours.
You can now rent our rooms in the main building on a long stay basis effective immediately at the following rates.
Winter
- Coastal View = $3,000 USD
- Ocean Front = $3,500 USD

Summer

These incredible rates include free property wide WiFi, cable TV with approximately 2500 channels from around the world, air conditioning, mini refrigerator, coffee/tea making facilities, all taxes, service charge and the Government Room Levy. Complimentary full housekeeping service will be provided once per week.
Please note the following:
- Additional Weekly Housekeeping can be arranged at a cost of $30 USD per extra day.
- Full Laundry Service can be arranged at a cost of $20 USD per load.
- We can also arrange pre-arrival groceries for your suite. This grocery list should be emailed 72 hours prior to arrival and the cost will be added to your account.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR LONG-TERM STAYS
We recommend that our guests take out insurance against possible cancellation charges as shown below. If the accommodation is re-let for the full period of the booking, there will be no charge. In the case of early check outs, the full deposit is applied to any cancelled nights of a confirmed reservation.
DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of this as deposit.
- The balance of the first month is required on arrival.
- Subsequent months will be settled at the start of that month.
- There will be no refunds for early departures and no-shows will forfeit the initial deposit charged.

Deposit Requirements
A 3 night deposit is required at time of booking. Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival for stays from 5 January - 15 April and within 14 days for stays from 16 April - 14 December will result in forfeiture of this deposit.
For stays from 15 December - 4 January, a 3 night deposit is required at time of booking and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Upon paying the final balance, the full payment will be non-refundable.
There will be no refunds for early departures and no-shows will be charged the full cost of the stay.
Covid-19 Update
All new and existing reservations to stay at Atlantis Historic Inn from 16 October 2020, for a stay date up to August 28th 2021 (inclusive), you may modify the date of your stay or cancel your reservation and receive a credit voucher for the amount of the original booking deposit up to 168 hours prior to arrival, for use within 18 months of the original booking date. If the booked hotel is closed for the date of stay, you may cancel your reservation and be refunded without penalty.
The Perfect Place To Get Windswept
This hotel is slightly off the beaten track but an ideal base for those who want to spend a few days in peace and quiet. Not much of a beach and swimming in the sea not advised unless of course you enjoy surfing, in which case you are in heaven! The hotel has its own pool and a lovely restaurant with stunning views of the Atlantic coast.
